The method Kelly uses to help parents of kids with ADHD stop reacting and start showing up like the parent they actually want to be...

The Read. Regulate. Rebuild. Method™

Hi, I’m Kelly.

Contrary to what most ADHD “experts” teach, the problem isn’t your child’s behavior. It’s that the behavior is being misread. The meltdown that looks like defiance is usually shame. The refusal that looks like laziness is usually dread. And the right strategy applied to the wrong emotion doesn’t just fail, it makes the next one worse.

In fact, when I was focusing on behavior without understanding what was happening in the brain, it made things worse with more meltdowns, more defiance, and more disconnection.

Parenting a child with ADHD isn’t about getting stricter or softer. It’s about learning how regulation works and having strategies to lead with calm, even in the middle of chaos.

Because reacting to everything all day wears you down, chips away at your confidence, burns through your patience, and leaves you wondering if you’re the reason nothing is working.

When you Read. Regulate. Rebuild. you can…

  • Reduce daily power struggles

  • Decrease overwhelm - for everyone

  • Increase cooperation without bribes or threats

  • Give you real-time tools that actually work with ADHD brains

  • Help you respond with confidence (even in meltdown moments)

  • Increase felt safety for your child

  • Decrease parenting stress

Through a lot of trial and error, I learned exactly how to support my neurodivergent kids without constant yelling, guilt, or guessing.

I went from micromanaging every minute and walking on eggshells…

to peaceful mornings, calmer evenings, and a home that finally felt safe and loving again.

That’s life-changing.

And now I want to share that process with you.

Supporting your child with ADHD doesn’t have to mean

losing your sanity or yourself...
